Service Introduction

  • Can accommodate up to four people.
  • Pets are welcome; however, additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the size of the pet, and pet food is not included.
  • Features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cellar, a kitchen-living room, an outdoor area with a table and benches, and a large garden, totaling nearly 120 square meters.
  • One bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm) with a balcony window leading to the garden, and the other has a double bed (160×200 cm).
  • Rooms are equipped with wardrobes, bedding, bedside tables and bedside lamps with built-in speakers. The kitchen is equipped with a complete set of utensils, a fridge, and a dining table. The living room has a sofa, a table, and a TV.

Policies & Facilites

The check-in time is normally from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:30 AM, unless agreed otherwise with your host.

All of our apartments are self-catering so you will need to bring your own provisions(food), however our kitchens include a full inventory of typical items you would find in your own kitchen so you shouldn’t need to bring anything with you. We will include some dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, cling film, foil and washing powder to get you started.

Each holiday home includes the following items to make your stay more comfortable:

  • Public parking is only 20 meters away, and we also have a private underground parking space (available for pre-booked guests only, CHF 15 per day).
  • There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby.
  • Breakfast service is not provided.
  • Daily cleaning service is not provided, but it can be arranged upon request with an additional fee of CHF 40 per cleaning.

Price

The price advertised during the booking process does not include additional fees such as the tourist tax of CHF 3.23 per person per night and other service charges.

Our pricing strategy is flexible and subject to adjustments based on factors such as seasons, holidays, and other events. We also offer a variety of promotional activities from time to time.

Reservation

You can make a booking through phone, WhatsApp, Line, email, website booking system, or various online channels such as Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia, etc.

After you complete your reservation, you should receive an automatic confirmation email from the system indicating that your reservation has been confirmed. However, please note that the link within the confirmation email may take around 10 minutes to become active. Therefore, please be patient and wait for the link to become active. Once the link is active, you can click on it to verify the details of your reservation and confirm that it has been successfully confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and contact us for further assistance.

You can book your holiday home or apartment as early as six months before your expected travel date.

During the bookable period, you can reserve your accommodation for a maximum of 90 days. Please get in touch with us to receive a personalized offer and additional services that can enhance your holiday experience and meet your specific requirements.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is not possible to book for day use. The minimum booking duration available is one night. Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend taking out holiday insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

The full payment must be made at the time of booking and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you want to make changes, please contact us, and additional fees may apply.

We will keep your credit card information as a reservation guarantee, and we will not charge any fees in advance. You can cancel your reservation at any time one day before check-in date, by clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email or contacting us directly.

Payment

We offer online credit card payment for all bookings. For guests who have booked with refundable rates, we also provide payment options such as cash, credit card, and Maestro/EC card upon arrival. If you prefer to pay by IBAN transfer, please contact us.

Check-in

Please note that 2-3 days before your arrival date, the host will contact you and send you the check-in instructions. It is important that you keep an eye on your inbox and check for any messages from the host. In the event that you have not received the check-in instructions one day prior to your arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible to ensure a smooth check-in process.
